Refund & Return Policy

At Gems en Vogue, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 20 days of receipt subject to the conditions outlined below.

Non-Customized Items

Non-customized items may be returned within 20 days of receipt for a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A $25 USD restocking fee per order will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, processing, and handling costs.

Customized Items (Sizing & Plating)

Customized items, including items with adjusted sizing or plating, may also be returned within 20 days of receipt.

A $20 USD customization/restocking fee per item will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return & Exchange Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Modified items (including stone changes, clasp modifications, or other alterations)
Final sale items, except where prohibited by applicable law

Gift with Purchase

Any complimentary gift received with a qualifying purchase must be returned with the associated item(s). If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Partial Returns

If a partial return causes the original order value to fall below the $75 USD minimum required for free shipping, a $15.95 USD shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

Be returned within 20 days of receipt
Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Show no signs of wear or damage
Include all original tags (where applicable)
Be returned with original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouch, polishing cloth, and jewelry cleaner

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

International Orders

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes associated with orders shipped outside of North America are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept return shipments that incur brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Any such packages will be refused.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This fee reflects non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor.

How to Return Your Item

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels

At Gems en Vogue, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, once a package has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Gems en Vogue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels.

If a carrier confirms delivery but the package has not been received, Gems en Vogue will provide a one-time $100 gift card toward a future purchase at www.gemsenvogue.com.

Terms for Missing Parcel Credits

Claims for missing parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier’s marked delivery date
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly, open an investigation, and check with neighbors or building management before submitting a claim
Gift cards issued for missing parcels are the sole remedy provided and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded

Price Adjustment Policy

Gems en Vogue offers price adjustments in the form of a gift card for eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please note:

If the adjustment affects free shipping eligibility, applicable shipping charges will be added
If the adjustment affects a “gift with purchase,” the retail value of the gift may be charged or the gift must be returned

Price adjustments are not available for:

Sold out items
Clearance merchandise
One-day sales or doorbusters
Purchases made using store credit or gift cards

Listing Error Policy

All product pricing, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur.

Gems en Vogue reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. We also reserve the right to cancel or refund orders placed as a result of such errors.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code may be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items unless otherwise specified.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to the United States and Canada on orders of $75 USD or more.

Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Australia will be calculated at checkout.
