Refund Policy

Non-Customized Items
Non-customized items may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. A $20 USD restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, processing, and handling costs.

Customized Items (Sizing and Plating)
Customized items, including those with adjusted sizing or plating, may be returned subject to a $25 USD fee per item. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return and Exchange Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Modified items (including stone changes, clasp modifications, or other alterations)

  • Final sale items, except where prohibited by applicable law

Additional conditions include:

  • Gift with Purchase: Any complimentary gift received with a qualifying purchase must be returned with the associated item(s). If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

  • Partial Returns: If a partial return results in the original order value falling below $75 USD (the minimum required for free shipping), a $15.95 USD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Show no signs of wear or damage

  • Include all original tags (if applicable)

  • Be returned in original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouch, polishing cloth, and jewelry cleaner.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

International Orders

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes associated with orders shipped outside of North America are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept return shipments that incur brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Any such packages will be refused.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This fee reflects non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor.

      When will I receive my refund?

      Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Refunds to credit cards may not appear on your billing statement for up to two billing cycles depending on your card provider.  

      Lost, Stolen or Missing Parcels

      At Gems en Vogue, we take great care in preparing and dispatching your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, please note that Gems en Vogue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once they have been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

      We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating. In the event that a carrier confirms a package as "Delivered" but it has not been received by the customer, Gems en Vogue will offer a $100 CAD/USD gift card (one-time use) toward a future purchase at www.gemsenvogue.com.

      Terms for Missing Parcel Credits:

      • Claims for non-received parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.
      • Before a gift card is issued, we recommend customers contact the carrier to open an investigation and check with neighbors or building management.
      • This gift card is the sole remedy provided for lost or missing parcels and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

      What if the Price Changes?

      Gems en Vogue offers a price adjustment in the form of a gift card (to be applied to future purchases) within 7 days of the original purchase date.

      • If the price adjustment affects the free shipping offer, a shipping charge will be added.
      • If the price adjustment affects a "gift with purchase," the charge for the "gift with purchase" will be applied or the item can be returned.

      Price adjustments are not available for items that are SOLD OUT, on clearance, part of a one-day sale, doorbusters, or purchased with a credit.

      Listing Error Policy

      All product pricing, availability, and descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information, occasional discrepancies may occur.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted. We also maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed due to such errors.

      Coupon Codes

      Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.  Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items.

      Shipping Policy

      We are pleased to offer shipping to the following countries: the United States, Canada, and Australia.  Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Free Shipping to the United States and Canada is on orders with a value of $75 USD or more. Shipping to Hawaii, Australia and Alaska will be calculated at check out.
