Return and Exchange Policy

At GemsEnVogue.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 20 days from the date on your invoice.

We offer two return options:

1. Full Refund: Return your item for a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that any paid shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, a $10 USD restocking fee, per item, will be deducted to cover processing and handling costs.
2. Exchange: Request an exchange for another item.

Important Details:

• Shipping and duties/taxes incurred for orders outside of North America are non-refundable.
• We will not accept packages with brokerage, duties, or tax fees.

Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy:

• Modified items (e.g., stone changes, clasp changes) are non-refundable.
• Sized and custom plated jewelry may be subject to a $25 return fee.
• Items purchased with a gift card will receive the refund on a gift card (if returned within 20 days from the date on your invoice) less the shipping costs.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where prohibited by law.
• Gift with purchase items must be returned with the original items, or a charge for the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Condition of Returns: All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, be in their original condition with tags attached (if any), and be in their original packaging (including box, polishing cloth, jewelry cleaner, and pouch).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Refunds to credit cards may not appear on your billing statement for up to two billing cycles depending on your card provider.  

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What if the Price Changes?

Gems en Vogue offers a price adjustment in the form of a gift card (to be applied to future purchases) within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• If the price adjustment affects the free shipping offer, a shipping charge will be added.
• If the price adjustment affects a "gift with purchase," the charge for the "gift with purchase" will be applied or the item can be returned.

Price adjustments are not available for items that are SOLD OUT, on clearance, part of a one-day sale, doorbusters, or purchased with a credit.

Listing Error Policy

All product pricing, availability, and descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information, occasional discrepancies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted. We also maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed due to such errors.

All written content noting pricing is in USD  eg. 10% off when you spend $350 refers to $350 USD.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.  Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items.

Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping to the following countries: the United States, Canada, and Australia.

• Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Free Shipping:

  • United States: Shipping is free for orders over $75 USD to the continental US.
  • Canada: Shipping is free for orders over the currency conversion of $75 USD.

• Calculated Shipping:

  • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska: Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
  • Australia: Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
